This week we learned about the shape Square... 

We made Square collages....

Morah Rivky taught us that a Square has four corners(four points)... We practiced counting the corners of the square and the other shapes we already know like circle and triangle. 

 

 Health Month continues... 

Ariana's Dad came to school to make us a special healthy snack

We made Elmo out of cut up watermelon, blueberries, and cantaloupe 

 We really enjoyed eating our healthy food that makes us grow "big and strong". Thank you Ariana's Dad

 This week we also got to go to the school "Healthy Juice Bar". We loved getting to choose which fruits and vegetables we can put in the blender to make our healthy drink. 

We read the book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and went through the stages of a Butterfly. We looked at three different kinds of pasta that look like the stages of the butterflies. We color dyed the pasta for a special book we will be making. 

This week we also had a great timing playing together...

 Our Shabbos Imma (Mommy) and Shabbos Abba (daddy) for this week was Ariella and Edward. They helped Morah Rivky light the shabbos candles and make the special blessing on the grape juice.

Reminder: This week Wednesday is our trip to the Zoo.
